Riverine #6
Photography
24 in x 36 in x 0 in

Pearl Slice
Oil on canvas; razor-cut; lining of latex on canvas
72 in x 72 in x 3.5 in
This piece is prepped and painted with iridescent oil paint on both sides of the canvas. The razor-cut slices refract light, creating beautiful shadows reminiscent of ice. There is a canvas lining which generates shadows depending on the light source.
